Organic Roasted Beetroot Recipe
Used as a starter or main dish
Method:
– Peel beetroot quarters (2 packets)
– Cut into quarters
– Put into oven-proof dish
– Toss the beetroot in 2TBS of Olive oil
– Pour 3TBS Balsamic vinegar over
– Pinch of salt
– A few sprinkles of fresh rosemary
– Add a good drizzle of liquid Shiraz
– Cover with foil
– Place in pre-heat oven of 180′C
